Your Laundry Profile

Help us learn how your household likes laundry done. This should only take a few minutes. If something's easier to explain in person, choose "I'll show my Laundry Specialist" and we'll go over it at the start of your appointment.

You only need to complete this once. We'll keep your Laundry Profile on file for every future appointment, whether you book occasionally or every week. If anything changes, just let us know and we'll update your preferences.
